1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Follow Through application (“Service”), operated by Beer Tech Studios LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

Follow Through is designed for use by financial professionals, advisors, and associated firm personnel. You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to use the Service for your work or business
• You will comply with all applicable laws and workplace policies

3. Your Account

You must maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Beer Tech Studios LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure devices, passwords, or access tokens.

4. Advisor-Entered Client & Prospect Data

When you store information about clients or prospects in Follow Through, you acknowledge that:

• You are the data controller for any client information you enter
• You must follow your firm’s compliance, data handling, and privacy requirements
• You should avoid storing sensitive information (e.g., SSNs, account numbers, financial statements)
• Follow Through is a workflow support tool — it is not a custodian, recordkeeping system, or CRM required for regulatory books & records

5. AI-Assisted Features

The Service may offer optional AI-generated content (such as draft emails). These AI features follow strict privacy practices:

• No client personally identifiable information (“PII”) is sent to third-party AI providers
• Prompts use only general, high-level context without names or specifics
• You must review and approve any AI-generated content before sending

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for editing, validating, and ensuring compliance with your firm’s rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Follow Through for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Store highly sensitive information (SSNs, banking data, etc.)
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission
• Upload malware or interfere with system operations

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Follow Through and all associated software, branding, and design elements are the property of Beer Tech Studios LLC.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Beer Tech Studios LLC a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

We are not liable for harm arising from downtime, data loss, or delayed access.

9. Disclaimers

Follow Through is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or compliance advice. Advisors remain fully responsible for all communications and decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beer Tech Studios LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Actions you take based on AI-generated suggestions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or harmful behavior.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Advisors may export or delete data before closing an account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
