How Follow Through works
Follow Through is a calendar-aware value-band engine designed for financial advisors. It enriches leads across multiple data sources, estimates a value band, and recommends follow-ups based on your real capacity—so warm conversations don’t go cold when your week gets busy.
- • Detects high-fit prospects early (before you waste cycles).
- • Spreads follow-ups across days you can actually handle.
- • Keeps AI optional and avoids sending client PII to generic AI.
This is the “behind the scenes” view—what data is used, what gets calculated, and how recommendations are generated.

Example data shown — no real client information.
Step 1: Identify
New meetings and inbound prospects are detected and classified so you don’t rely on memory or CRM hygiene.
Step 2: Enrich
Leads are enriched using multi-source data to estimate fit and opportunity potential without manual research.
Step 3–5: Prioritize
Value bands + risk + your calendar capacity drive recommended next actions and realistic follow-up placement.
1) Prospect detection from your workflow
Follow Through continuously watches for new and relevant interactions (intro calls, referral meetings, review meetings, workshop follow-ups). When a new prospect meeting appears, it’s captured as pipeline activity without requiring you to manually log it.
- Detects new prospect meetings and ongoing threads
- Separates non-relevant events (personal, internal, etc.)
- Creates or updates a lead record tied to the activity
2) Multi-source lead enrichment (fit signals)
Each lead can be enriched using sources like People Data Labs (PDL) and ATTOM property valuation data, plus structured public/business metadata. The goal is not “perfect net worth”—it’s an actionable signal for prioritization.
PDL (person + company)
Helps infer seniority, role, employer context, and professional footprint—useful for estimating fit and stage.
ATTOM (property signals)
Home value and equity signals can support an estimated opportunity window, especially for HNW-focused advisors.
Enrichment is designed for prioritization and workflow automation—not as a background check or financial guarantee.
3) Value-band scoring (A / B / C / nurture)
Follow Through synthesizes enrichment signals into a value band so you can triage quickly. You can set minimum thresholds (for example: $500k or $1M+ estimated assets/fit) and focus your personal time where it matters.
High-fit surfaced first
The wizard ranks high-fit prospects higher, with context for why they likely matter and what to do next.
Team routing (firm mode)
Lower-fit or smaller accounts can be routed to junior advisors or placed into nurture workflows—without losing them entirely.
4) Calendar-aware capacity modeling (realistic scheduling)
This is where Follow Through differs from basic task lists and generic schedulers. Recommendations are filtered through your actual calendar: meeting density, buffers, focus blocks, commute time assumptions, and preferred time windows.
- Places follow-ups on days you can actually handle
- Prevents “40 tasks on Tuesday” overload
- Respects boundaries you define
5) Priority Scheduling Wizard (next best action)
The wizard brings it all together: value band, urgency/risk, engagement, and your calendar capacity. You get a clear list of who needs attention, why they’re prioritized, and a recommended next touch (with editable dates).
The wizard is a smart recommendation engine, not a rigid rule set—you can always override, snooze, or ignore.
Compliance-first by design
Follow Through is built to be compliance-sensitive. Enrichment is deterministic and sourced from professional APIs; AI assistance is optional and designed to avoid sending client PII to generic AI endpoints. Advisors remain in control: you review every draft and every next step.
